I ordered a 27 inch monitor on the 4th of February from this company for express delivery. The monitor was shown as in stock and they debited my credit card . Nine days later they sent an email saying `this item has stocking issues . No explanation as to why they accepted my order. When I asked for a refund they said `It will take up to 15 days. Please see our terms and conditions.
This is just about the worst company I have dealt with in all my 67 years.
Service? They don't know what the word means.
