Poor communication but fast dispatch

Goods were dispatched the day I ordered and arrived the day after I ordered them. Though order status was not updated to dispatched until the following day and an equiry send the previous day was not responded to, nor do they send confirmation of dispatch emails which is something they should probably look into implementing.
