Great Store, Great Prices, Appauling Delivery Company..!

I have been an avid shopper for several years at the physical stores and the prices are very competitive and always have friendly knowledgeable staff. Online shopping is easy and again have no issues, the only problem I have is the delivery company and time it takes to get delivered as you are paying a premium rate for this and takes nearly a week to arrive, and on the day of delivery you receive an allocated time slot and said delivery company does not turn up and updates their online tracker saying they have which I find absolutely disgusting, fraudulent and time wasting, and then turns up 7 hours later only after complaining direct to the delivery firm, for this reason I will not be using Ellis Brigham online again
