Ordered flowers for my fiancee to be delivered on valentine's. Flowers never arrived. Tracking link in email did not work. No response from their customer service. If I don't hear back from them soon I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the payment.
UPDATE: Refund did come through again eventually.

I am investigating this problem as the tracking link is missing. I have already refunded your money and will revert back to you as soon as I have tracked the order down
