As ever, it all comes down to the small print...so not so good a deal after all.

Got the best quote from Cash My Fone for a Blackberry Torch which was sent off in its original box with all the contents we received when it was brand new. So quite a nice package from me to them, but..........They quoted £60+ but then reduced it on receipt by 15% for a very minor scratch on phone case. Without that it could have been classed a brand new. So Cash My Fone, you got the deal, not me.........................
