Not so bad in the uk!!

Uk is always slated for bad service,but now i disagree.
Tennisnuts were fab,delivery within 24 hrs for free.
Didnt like the factry stringing,so spoke to CS and they selected another type.
I sent racket back,strung on the same day and back to me the next.
Strings made a 20% Difference to my game.
What service and great advise.
