Iam very dissapointed with the sevice and delivery. The internet sales team were very good and helpfull when i was ordering the items. The follow up from then was abysmal. I had to ring up four times to find out when the items would be deliverd. Each time I rang somebody was supposed to ring me back with an update, which they never did. I was told that the furniture would be deliverd asap as soon as it came in on Friday 15th February 2013. I have just received a phone call to say it will be delivered on the 26th February 2013, which I feel is unacceptable to have to wait a further 11days for these items considering they have been ordred for quite some time.
