Ordered flowers to Germany for my partner, who will be away for a few weeks. Had been so excited that they would arrive in time for Valentine's day. But nothing! No response to enquiries (not even to the one sent 4 days ago), phone just had a message saying to email, and the live chat has been offline for ages. Online tracking did not work, but the money has been taken from my account already. I'm not entirely sure this is any more than a fraudulent operation, and I want my money back.
