Have purchased many CDs and DVDs from HMV over the past few years and has always been happy with them apart from the cardboard packaging that they use.
October 2011 ordered a CD that was faulty, I returned it and this was confirmed by email from HMV. After a couple of phone calls and emails promised me a refund and still waiting after 3 weeks.
Will contact Simon Fox (Ceo) and shop elsewhere until this is sorted
My parents had some furniture delivered from B&Q the delivery guys had damaged the carpets.
Reported it and the Manager did not want to know, went to head office and was promised it would be sorted out. Was passed on from one person to another. Head office again with the threat of taking it to ‘Watchdog’ and the papers.
It took 4 months to get sorted and for compensation.
Would not shop with them again
