They do not provide a delivery service they provide and leave it on your door step service.

I received a parcel delivered by Hermes Europe while I was away on business. The card posted through the door said that the parcel was left in a SECURE FRONT PORCH. Not so, it was left in on the front door step in full view of anyone walking past our house. Our front door is approx 5ft from our front gate, the parcel was clearly visible. A neighbour eventually took the parcel in for us, knowing we were away for a few days.
When I tried to find contact details, the company website only provided feedback via email, using a drop down box. Every option you choose does not allow you to use their feedback form and refers you to your retailer.
Any company that takes no responsibility for the service they provide should be regarded as suspect. In future, any purchases I make will be with the understanding that Hermes in no way are part of the service. I strongly recommend that this company should be avoided at all costs.
