Worst Service I have encountered

Ordered flowers on 13/02/13 - paid extra for delivery by 2pm next day.

Emailed yesterday at 4pm when no flowers received. No response to emails received. Numerous phone calls unanswered also.

Eventually got an order at 20.13 saying my order had been processed, and a further email at 20.23 to say order allocated. great - apart from the fact it would now b delivered a day late at earliest

I expect a full refund or will take this further. And please don't cit weather as an excuse as it was fine in Glasgow yesterday
