Unbelieveable service, atrocious! We purchased some consumable items online (over £150 worth) that we urgently needed for stock in our retail store, we even paid extra for a premium delivery service only to find a week later our stock hadn't arrived.
Very difficult company to get in touch with, but when we did we were told that they had no stock of the lines we had ordered and they couldn't state a date when they were replenishing their stock - there was no mention of this at all online and no contact whatsoever from themselves to inform us of this so we couldn't even inform our own customers, making us look like an amateur outfit.
We decided to source the lines from elsewhere - then came another bombshell - we couldn't have a refund of the monies we had paid (via credit card )for over 15 days.
Abysmal customer service, laughable payment terms (borderline illegal) and a shocking experience all round - AVOID!!!
