False advertising, DO NOT USE! Ripping customers off.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mothers Day. On the website it was described as "A simply arranged medley of large, pink roses, cerise coloured gerberas, stargazer lilies and lime green shamrock blooms, mingled between a little fresh foliage. This vibrant bouquet is quite "scentsational", smelling absolutely beautiful." What was delivered was a bouquet with one dying purple rose, one gerberas, two carnation, dying crysants and yellowing green foliage. I contacted them only to be told that their website state they "substitutions of flowers" when needed. They did not replace like for like only used cheap dying flowers. I think they put good pictures on their website to entice people to order and then send cheap alternative using their "substitutions of flowers" as a get out clause. I tried to reason with '<private data removed>' who but said nothing they could do and promised the Manager <private data removed> would call. See nothing from them and their Live Chat system does not work. Their feedback is terrible, wish I had read before ordering. They are ripping people off.

Pet Supermarket

Service fine, delivery appalling.

I buy Royal Canin, tablets and all are competitively priced. However, delivery is by Yodel which is shocking. My last order was shoved behind a bush which tore the packing and it was pouring rain. I complained and was not offered a refund. I did my next order with a different company.
