AWFUL!!!

I made an order 2 days prior to valentines day and was guaranteed delivery before 2pm on 14th Feb... it is now midday on the 15th Feb and they have turned up finally, but with a very low quality and some gifts missing!

I have tried contacting them for days now via phone, email and their so called chat service with nobody getting back to me!

A business should never over promise and under deliver... I feel truly let down by this company.
