I sent my phone into them, as i work for a popular mobile phone recycling firm as a technician, but CMF were offering more for my Samsung Galaxy Note so i sent it to them, it had been kept in a hard case with an invisible shield on the screen from day one, i grade phones like this all the time as part of my job and knew full well this was in top notch condition.
It was sent 1st class recorded delivery on the Tuesday morning, by Friday i had heard nothing but the tracking information was showing it had been signed for in Wimbledon (where their offices are) on the Wednesday.
I got a reply the following Monday explaining they had not received my handset which was an outright lie so i emailed back showing proof of delivery and asking again where it was. Two days later i received another email saying they still had not received it so i sent the same proof of delivery again asking them what they think they are playing at.
One week later i get an email telling me they have found my phone (hooray!) and that it is not in the condition described (oh, what a surprise!) and so instead of £168 i would be offered £128 (thieving ****!) Although i would of gotten more in a private sale i didn't much like the idea of paying them to post it back, and then have it "lost" in the post.
3 weeks after i accepted their revised offer i received an email (this morning) telling me i will be receiving payment in 2 days via BACS and would i kindly review them on Trust Pilot?

Absolute rip-off merchants making money off of people by offering higher prices to get your phone, and then never offering the price quoted once they have your device. Utterly disgusting.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, i had a blow out on the drive to work so i booked TyresOnTheDrive to come out the next morning at my home address and was called back within 5 minutes of booking my order on the website. On the call my details were confirmed and i was told my technician would be Sam and he would arrive between 10.30am and 12.30pm the next day, Sure enough Sam arrived for 11am and the work was carried out within 20 minutes!
He was very polite and professional, he checked my blown out tyre and was happy to replace it and the tyre on my spare (which was worn) and then fitted both new tyres to the back of the car so as i could use the other OK tyre as my new spare.
I absolutely cannot recommend TOND.com highly enough, i will definitely be using them again.
