This is another example of a rubbish company which advertises products cheaply to get orders but does not have the stock. I ordered an external hard drive which should have been available for next day delivery and they are quoting a week's delay. If I go to my account there is no option to cancel the order.
Don't waste your time with Extak - go elsewhere!

We were waiting for a delivery from Amazon.
The first date it was sent out from Hailsham it sat on the van all day and went back to the depot, presumably because the driver couldn't be bothered to make the effort to drive down our road. The next day there was nobody at home, near Uckfield, so the driver left a card. The next day, once again, he did not bother to try to deliver again which is what the card said he would do. I rang them and they were useless. Said it was at the depot and not on the van. They had expected me to drive 25 miles each way to collect it.
Their job is to deliver. If we didn't keep ordering parcels the driver would be out of work and on the dole. If he drives for a delivery firm what does he expect? An empty van so that he can sit with his feet up - probably, yes!
