I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentines to be delivered to her work. Serenata took the money and confirmed the order but no flowers arrived!
I am now trying to get a refund but only get automated email responses!
If you want to throw money away use Seranata! Alternatively just give the money to charity so someone somewhere will benefit from it!
