Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day for my wife. I paid extra for guaranteed and tracked courier delivery to ensure she received them on time. On the morning of Valentine's Day I received an email (which had been sent at 10pm on the 13th Feb) stating that due to "adverse weather conditions" in Nottingham the flowers would not be delivered until 15th February, a day late. They also told me that my order of tulips would be upgraded to roses (which I didn't order). I promptly replied stating that the weather in both Nottingham and London were fine (I even sent a photograph from my office window to prove that the weather was fine), and in fact the best weather we'd had in weeks. The point of ordering these flowers was for Valentine's Day not the 15th. I have written to them three times and tried to call to no avail. The flowers still haven't been delivered and my wife was very disappointed. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think again. They spend more time deleting negative posts on facebook than dealing with customer complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
