Absolutely love this site. Shame there isn't a high street store as it's the best place to get surf/snow/skate gear. I don't find that many good clothes on the high street that fit, but surfdome never fails to provide great choice. Also, they always have good offers and my wife and I regularly use it.
I'd never heard of Taunton Leisure until I was searching for a pair of Bedroom Athletic boot slippers. I wanted the best deal on the web and surprisingly, I was directed to their site. I was dubious at first as the price seemed incredibly good. (£3 less than anywhere else), but I took a chance and ordered them. I was very pleasantly surprised when they turned up on time and the instructions for delivery were followed to the letter! (A million times better than Amazon who never follow them!)
Utterly impressed with the site (easy to navigate), the price (better than the rest of the web) and the delivery. I'll definitely check their site out again should I need something they sell. Nice one! :D
I purchased flowers for valentines day on 12th Feb and paid extra for recorded delivery for 14th Feb. My fiancee was at work all day and nothing arrived. I checked online today to find that an apparent attempt at delivery was made around 11:30am yesterday. This just isn't so. It's a training college for nurses and health practicioners. The doors are always open and at the very least, there is a buzzer. I have come to the conclusion that they were simply not delivered.
Apparently they are out for delivery today but I no longer want them as a) they are no longer fresh and b) I paid extra for delivery yesterday c) the service I have recieved is non existent and I am appalled. I hereby ask that you don't deliver and I would like a full refund. My fiancee is very upset and I am livid. I am now considering contacting my friend from trading standards who will advise us further.
