I purchased a Lacie NAS drive on 8 February 2013 and paid for express (3-5 days) delivery. Their website said it was in stock and so I expected it between 13/2/13 and 15/2/13. When it had not arrived by the 15th I rang their Customer Service to be told that they were having shipping problems from their european warehouse and that it would be a further 3-5 working days before I received the item. On checking their website I found that the item was still showing "In Stock". I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. What annoyed me most was the fact that I had paid extra for express delivery and they had not even bothered to let me know that they could not deliver on time. On top of that I had to make sure someone was in the house for three days! By the way I got one next day delivery (Saturday) from [Link]. I won't be buying anything from WAE+ anytime soon.
