Average experience. would rather pay more and get a better service

I had to call twice to ask when my car would be ready. In the end my car was in the garage for 6 hours..... for a service!!!!!
also, when i got home, I realized that my car hadn't even been washed.... so I called back and asked why it had not been washed as this was part of the service...and was told that maybe the guys were too busy. not good enough answer, and if this had been the case they should have mentioned it and arrange an appointment for a later date. This has now been organised.
This makes me think..... what else has not been done on my car that should have been included in the service????

We’d like to thank you for your feedback. We apologise if you feel that our service was not up to standard as we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. As advised on our website car services can take up to a whole day, but we apologise if this was not communicated to you directly as we understand that you made your booking online.

Please rest assured that your car service will have been performed thoroughly and accurately by the FastFit Station Team that day and that the cleanliness of your vehicle does not reflect the standard of work that we have carried out. The Station Manager on that day and the following day will be spoken to regarding your comments, and this matter will be looked into. We have been informed that your vehicle was not washed as a result of the snowy weather conditions but has since been arranged to be washed at a suitable time for yourself and that you were happy to do this. If there is anything else we can help you with please don’t hesitate to let us know.

As we are aware you have used us previously, we appreciate your patience on this matter and again we apologise for any inconvenience caused to yourself.

We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
