I just got a phonecall from my frail, upset grandma after she received a Valentine's rose from me a day too late, which was headless with dying leaves. She didn't want to tell me about it and had been wrestling with her conscience before calling, leaving her very stressed and confused. The customer service assistant I finally got through to on the phone was very kind and apologetic, and offered a refund at once, but this really shouldn't have happened in the first place. Terrible experience.
