Helpful friendly staff and competitively priced, good quality venetian blinds, would definitely recommend.

Only slight annoyance was that the three blinds I ordered weren't delivered on the same day (!) , no fitting instructions were included, a cleat was missing and no fixings were included for the cleats. Having said that, instructions were emailed immediately, and I'm sure the cleat and fixings will be sent by return. Blinds were incredibly easy to fit despite initially looking complicated and were a perfect fit plus delivery time is good - mine took four working days. Intend to buy more for another room. Samples were received the following day. Would recommend with confidence.
