My zoom R16 arrived promtly and i was given by text some alternative days if there was a problem receiving that day. The zoom has been easy to use. my only confusion was the use of a mini card within an SD sized card holder... i needed that explained to me! But brilliant, no fiddling with poor latency etc on a laptop. straight into recording.
