Nothing says I Love you more in Valentines day like NO FLOWERS

So I may not be the most romantic guy in the world but I thought I would send my other half some chicks roses and a gift for Valentines day.

I ordered from Arena in advance and waited for them to arrive on Valentines day to show my other half I love them and I can be romantic.

I received an email about 4pm on Valentines day from Arena, I thought it was a delivery confirmation email - NO it was an email saying they could not deliver as promised and would deliver the following day.

I called both numbers to be greeted by a recorded message saying they were busy and to email them, no facility to leave a message just email us and then I was cut off

Well 23 hours after emailing still no reply and yes the numbers still have the same message, having looked online I noticed I could track my order, great news, NO when you try and track your order it just opens up the order again despite saying it would take you to the couriers website.

So I'm unable to contact them, I'm unable to find out where my order is and I was in the dog house with my other half

THANK YOU ARENA FOR MESSING UP MY ATTEMPT TO SHOW MY OTHER HALF I LOVE THEM

Do Not Use This Company if you want to guarantee delivery as looking at the other reviews I'm not alone
