I ordered a 90 degree bent aerial cable for my kitchen tv and it was sent promptly 2 days in fact however i put the cable in and it did not work i rang kenable and the guy said another would be sent after first checking it as a dry weld on 1 in 1000 is faulty
i received the new one next day and it is working fine now
i cannot recommend them enough as a phone call is a lot better than trying to e-mail or write to get a good response
i have told my golf buddies if they want any electrical stuff to give them a ring and am sure they will help
