Exante Diet

my opinion

i am taking the exante shakes and they are nice but not as filling as others i have tried. The weather doesnt help but i am not on the shakes all day, i have a very low calorie meal. The weight is moving slowly and i do hope it continues to do so. Some of the bumper packs have things in i dont like and some of the offers are stil too expensive and ought to come in smaller quantities.
