I booked a room in lovely Paris and ended up with red spots on my body. I had to see five different specialists who told me that they had never seen anything like this - i was in pain, couldn't sleep for a week, have scars all over my body and failed a test because i couldn't focus on my study because of the itching. It turned out that the hotel had bed bugs. I contacted easytobook.com and asked why they did not check up on the hotels they work with and the answer was pretty much "We have many hotels and can't check up on all of them".
They also said that they were very sorry and they were willing to give me a 20 % discount for the same hotel next time i visited. I felt mocked! I don't know what you people think, but i feel they should give me my money back.

Utrolig dårlig service i Telenors butikker!! Selvom man taler pænt og er høflig så får man igen på den mest uacceptable måde! Jeg synes ikke der er noget hjælp at hente i butikkerne selvom man har været trofast kunde i rigtig mange år! Man er vel kun god indtil der opstår problemer!!
Ud over det lover medarbejderne ting som de så senere ikke ønsker at stå inde for og så er det selvfølgelig kunden som står og lyver!
Jeg synes at det er surt at man ikke kan gøre særlig meget når man bliver behandlet så dårlig, da det som regel er påstand mod påstand, men for min vedkommende har jeg valgt at afmelde alt hvad jeg havde i Telenor!
