Easytobook has the cheapest prices and genuinely helpful customer service.

I just booked a hotel in Barcelona for me and some friends with easytobook. After looking around several websites (and panicking because the rooms were selling out and prices were going up every day) my friend sent me a link for easytobook.com. The prices were much cheaper than some of the websites I normally use and there were loads of offers for early bookings. We managed to save nearly £60 on the hotel we wanted. Once I'd paid I had some questions about my booking that I needed answering. When I spoke to the woman in customer services she was really lovely and helpful. I'll definitely use this site in future.
