I took a day off work to be at home to receive my parcel. I received a text giving me the 1 hour window, so i spent that hour by the window waiting. I eventually found an email saying:
"We tried to deliver your order from Vodafone however there was no one available to sign for the order at the address below."
This is absolutely not true. There was no driver, no card, no attempt at contacting. This is disgraceful from DPD.
From the reviews below, I see that this is a common theme with your deliveries. I called Vodafone who spoke to DPD, and they informed me that the driver was out of my area now and that i would have to go to the depot if i wanted my parcel today. Again, disgraceful from DPD. And Vodafone, it doesn't help your image either.
