My transformer arrived the day after I ordered it.
Worked well.
Fitted through my letter box.
When I was ordering my laptop battery ran out, so couldn't complete my order. They emailed me to say my order didn't complete, which was reassuring of them. I had actually reordered, so email was unnecessary (and potentially could have caused confusion), but I thought it was a nice touch.
