Good range of products and good service
The website was easy to use with a good range of products. The items arrived in France just over a week after I initially placed the order and I found the tracking easy to use

Steer well clear of Interflora!
Clearly there is a serious issue with Interflora judging by all the comments below. I am another highly disgruntled customer having paid £53 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Valentines day. Nothing has arrived, there is no email explaining what has happened and surprise surprise they can't take my call as they are too busy. Even stranger however is that when I tried the order number I got straight through so they are clearly still taking people's money although they are not answering current customers concerns over orders that haven't arrived. I an contacting Trading Standards and suggest that others do the same. DO NOT waste your money on placing an order, they clearly cannot be trusted.
