Booked the wrong flights, only realised an hour later - called customer services they were very nice and helpful, were able to cancel with a minimal admin charge thank goodness.

Also, was able to get flights that I couldn't access on the airlines website (due to particular airline not allowing me to book one way unless it was business class) with ebookers i could book a return trip with two airlines for cheap that i wouldn't have been able to do otherwise
