Shortly after placing my order, I received an email stating that my items were dispatched. I received my order in a timely manner - so far so good. Until I opened my package and found my main item missing. Now I'm a very reasonable person, I know sometimes mistakes happen so I thought, no biggie, I'll just contact them about it and assumed everything would get sorted.
However, I have now tried to contact them on two separate occasions, leaving ample time for them to get back to me both times. I have had absolutely no response. They say they aim to respond within 5 working hours, what a joke. It has been almost three weeks and I have heard nothing. They get one star for managing to deliver some of the items I ordered, but I feel I'm being generous even with that. I don't expect to pay for an item and not receive it. And I certainly do not appreciate being ignored once you have my money. BeautyBay, your service is shocking.
If any of your staff are reading this, I'd appreciate an explanation and a resolve to this problem.
Within a few minutes of writing this review I received a response from BeautyBay. They have apologised (which I appreciate) and are arranging for my item to be re-delivered. I will update as to whether I receive it or not.
