Last September I had an outstanding balance on my account. I made a payment via the online service and thought no more about it, as the account was then clear.
In November Marisota phoned to say my account was in arrears and I owed £75. However for a payment of £45.00 that day, they would waive the additional amount.
I declined their offer as I didn't agree the amounts. I was told this was all the operator was authorised to do and could not sort out any further. I asked to speak to a senior member of the team but was told none were available. They agreed a person authorised in customer service would phone me back.
No one phoned.
I phoned a few times but gave up waiting for an operator.
Today I tried again to speak to someone to sort out my account.
I spent over two hours on the phone to Marisota, mainly on hold and being passed from one person to another. But nothing has been resolved.
I have now been told to write in for someone to look at my account and i now owe £194. !!
Just left feeling incredibly stressed and frustrated with the very poor customer service. They spoke over me, didn't listen to me and raised their voice .... Speaking to me as if i was a total idiot. Unbelievable.
The lack of interest in helping a customer was astonishing and yes they were a UK based call centre!
