Do NOT use ebookers!

I recently booked 2 flights with ebookers, only to find that after I had purchased my flights, ebookers charged my credit card FOUR separate times for service fees, amounting in over $30 worth of charges. The benefit of finding a cheap flight through this website does not outweigh the additional fees that you will be charged afterwards. Please do NOT use this website. There are several others that do not charge you booking fees (and are explicit about not doing so). Additionally, one of the flights was charged twice to my credit card.

Dear Ms Higgins - the fare you purchased was a retail air fare and the payment for this was processed directly from your card by the airline directly as is reflected on your bank statement.

In terms of fees you were actually charged £9.50 which included a £2.00 credit card charge.
