I found the website easy to use and prices good. I had to telephone recently as we had changed our car after making the booking and I had to alter the registration number on the booking. The member of staff was efficient and very helpful. My only quibble was having to pay £10 for change of reg number.If I had been changing the days or times I would have accepted that but felt the charge should not apply for a change of reg. number. Despite this I would still use the company.
