Three unsuccessful attempts at delivering a bed.
1. First attempt incorrect day from email sent, so I was not at home.
2. Second attempt 4 days later arrived as arranged with water damaged box and completely open to the world along whole length. Items loose and unwrapped within. No idea if anything missing so I rejected it. Delivery personnel unable to operate electronic handset so no record if event saved. I had to find delivery company phone number and inform them of situation myself.
3. New delivery date emailed to me but nothing turned up. I phoned Mattressman who then contacted courier. I was phoned back to be told cargo on delivery vehicle had been damaged by a leaking liquid so unable to deliver.
At this stage I decided not worth continuing with this order from Mattressman, having taken 2 days holiday to accommodate their inefficient delivery couriers, and requested a full refund which I then had to wait 4 days to receive back on my credit card. Useless uncaring service and will never do business with them again.
