Appalling Customer Service and Valentine's Day Surprise ruined

Not only did they fail to deliver anything (even a day late), there have been no replies to any of my 3 emails and I have failed to get to speak to a live person despite waiting for ages on the phone (being charged 5p per minute for the privilege).

No delivery
No email replies
No-one answering the phones

Do NOT use this company, ever. I certainly won't be doing so and will tell everyone I meet how bad they are.
