Terrible, Damaged Goods/Returned to Sender

I read a few bad reviews on this Courrier but thought I'd take a chance anyway as I'd seen them deliver around here before. Wish I hadn't though! I kept seeing a different status on my item every time I checked. Here is a full list of what they "supposedly" did.
25/01/2013 - 03:55PM: Goods collected
25/01/2013 - 07:00PM: On route to delivery depot
29/01/2013 - 04:30AM: Arrived at Delivery Depot
29/01/2013 - 07:39AM: Goods returned to depot
30/01/2013 - 07:20AM: Goods returned to depot
30/01/2013 - 09:47PM: Goods returned to sender
31/01/2013 - 07:42AM: Goods returned to depot
01/02/2013 - 07:08AM: Goods returned to depot
01/02/2013 - 02:38PM: Goods returned to sender
02/02/2013 - 08:24AM: Goods returned to depot
02/02/2013 - 10:32AM: Delivered - Signed by "ARB17643"
02/02/2013 - 10:32AM: Goods loaded onto a van

Not sure what they mean by it being signed. I deffinitely didn't sign it as I never saw sight of it! Also not sure how they can deliver something to a depot twice in 10 minutes...
Eventually I found out that my item was damaged in transportation and they returned it to the sender. I didn't pay fifteen pounds for this rubbish. They are a bunch of incompetent idiots and have no idea what good service actually means. I urge you to avoid! If they ever go out of business it would be a fine day for consumers and the majority of those unfortunate enough to deal with these clowns.
