The quality of the album and customer service I rate as 5 star. The packaging could be slightly better, the album was shrink wrapped and in a not very thick oversize (album could slide about inside it) cardboard sleeve. This sleeve had some external damage on one of the face sides and the corners were battered, fortunately the album was not damaged . A solution I think would be a small amount of bubble wrap which shouldn't increase packing costs by much but would protect the item better. Had it suffered damage then I doubt it could have been replaced in time for Christmas.
Other than the above gripe I would highly recommend them.
