Having telephoned the company first to establish that their toothbrush heads would fit my old design of electric toothbrush, I then ordered a pack of 4. They arrived the next day, only £1 postage - so much more reasonable than the usual P&P charge of £4.99 one so often sees for mail-order items, even small ones like these.
