Petrol Station Quality

My husband used Serenata yesterday to send me some roses. Well we have been married for 27 years and I can honestly say I have never seen anything so pitiful. They arrived in a box almost twice their size, some are damaged others past their best and the ones on the TESCO forecourt put them to shame. We have twice sent pictures which they claim not to have received and despite my husband asking them to contact him they have made no further efforts. I only wish he had seen these messages before. I know he is taking this further but my message to all is go use m&s or Interflora or support your local florists.
