1) Requested via Email to Customer Service to be advised of delivery DAY, not time as I did not want to pin a note to the door to say that we were not at home for an indeterminate period as advised to do so. I received no response.
2) The Muckboots I ordered arrived promptly but I received a note to say whomsoever had delivered them had put them over the gate. This was the case but the package had been dropped over a high gate to the side which had damaged the packing. Fortunately I did not need to return the goods for any reason. I am posting this review because it is a commercial retail fact that the quality of response and delivery should match that of supply.
