Ordered a valor dream dimension fire in November after seeing good reviews, the plus points were very good communication concerning fire , brilliant delivery communication and a fair price.
The downside, the fret on the bottom of fire was broken in half when we unpacked it , I immediately rang up to inform them of this , they wanted me to arrange with valor a replacement, but as I explained I bought it off them and it was faulty, and they should sort it. They said they would , and I would recieve a new fret, I was happy to accept this and wait .
It did not arrive ,several more calls and several more promises that it would arrive .
February still no part, so unfortunately had to ring citizens advice bereau consumer services , who explained it was the companys obligation to sort it or give me a refund , I rang again and was told it would arrive Friday. I also sent a letter and e-mail explaining what I was advised to do .
Hoorah hoorah it arrived to today . A shame it took from November till now to get it sorted.
P.S. expect a long wait when ringing as well .
I don't like to leave a negative review but feel others should be aware , a decent company with good prices, as long as nothing goes wrong , im sorry this has let you down badly .
