Having written a previous review about webpage difficulties, I have been contacted personally by a member of the team who offered her apologies for the issues caused and assured she is endeavouring to do all she can to rectify the problems. Very rare to get such personal customer service nowadays so Dom and Geri should be highly commended for this!
