The man i spoke to on the call back service was very polite and very helpful. he did however have great trouble understanding me and initially was unsure of where i was and where i wanted to go. this was frustrating. i would rather speak with someone who had more knowledge than me.
the phone back service was fantastic and i was impressed that i did not have to wait at all. it is designed to suit the customer and not for cost cutting, which is very refreshing in this day and age.
please use uk call centres - it helps our economy by creating jobs and efficiency is increased when your location and accent are understood.
