Sent in an HTC Titan after being offered £120. They then send me an email telling me to check my account. Log in and they say "due to excessive where and tear" (NOTICE THE THEME HERE BETWEEN ME AND ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS!) they wanted to offer £43. This was due to cracked rear casing and scratches on the screen. The phone sent in was MINT and I have pictures to prove it.
They want £9 to get my phone back. I sent them an email asking for pictures of the damaged phone and told them my pictures show that the phone was in excellent condition and not had a response. Sent a second duplicate email today.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! They offer you more than everywhere else and then offer you far less. When you reject the offer, they charge you £9. It doesn't cost that to send the phone! You do the math....
