My husband ordered me a dozen roses to be delivered at the beginning of this month for valentines day.
He received an email yesterday afternoon informing him that their was a problem with their supply chain and that I would recieve my flowers a day late but they would double the order as a way of compensation. A notice appeared this afternoon (15/02/13) again apologising for the delay and promising that all orders will be delivered today. As I type, the time is 18:39 and as the website states delivery is between 8-6pm, so it doesnt look like they are going to arrive today either! My husband is very upset that I havent received my flowers and we will never use this company again.
