Unreliable, completely useless service; unfit!

I have been waiting the whole day for my parcel to be delivered to no avail. All I get are useless text messages telling me the parcel is on the way. The last text message came in at 18:50, telling me delivery has been delayed and the parcel will be with me for 18:00; this was at 10 minutes to seven!

This is the second time this useless outfit will be delivering parcel to me and they performed below expectations on each occasion.

Someone, somewhere needs to look into this company, DPD UK, and sanction them appropriately.

Please accept my apologies for the delay. I see that our driver made the delivery at 7.30pm on Friday in the end? Was everything okay? Please email socialmedia@dpd.co.uk if any assistance is needed.
